The Design and Creation of the Ladbrokes King George VI Chase Trophy

Inkerman were commissioned by Ladbrokes to create the King George VI Chase Trophy.

The trophy was designed for the new sponsor Ladbrokes. A horses head in nickel plate, polished aluminium with the silhouette being formed by three parts on a reflecting plate. The base is engraved with winners dating back to 1937. Clan Des Obeaux, ridden by Sam Twiston-Davies, was the winner of the 2019 King George VI chase for the 11th time for trainer Paul Nicholls.
