I ordered a pen on line as a special congratulatory gift for my son.  I received a phone call offering next day delivery directly to my son at no extra cost.  He received the gift as promised and he is extremely pleased with the product.  He says it was wonderfully packaged too.  I am very impressed with the Inkerman service and personal attention to detail.

I ordered this for my husband's birthday. To say he was over the moon would be an understatement. Making the gift  extra special was the way Inkerman's had presented it. The gift box and ribbon alongside the gift bag all added into making this the very special gift I'd hoped it would be. I can't fault the product or the first class service from Inkerman's.
