I was looking for an ice cooler to be personalised as a house warming gift. I was able to first chat to someone about my order, they were very helpful and accommodating. I was sent a draft of my engraving and also received a phone call to check something I had gotten wrong with the order. Really good customer service, and immediate help which is becoming harder and harder to get these day. When the package arrived it was in a beautiful box, well packaged and a note written in gold pen, a lovely addition. My brother loved the gift, it was expensive but I got what I paid for in terms of quality, service and finishing touches. Thanks Inkerman team.
