We wanted a special present as a thank you for friends. I was very impressed with the website so I called the company. I’m so glad I did, my order was completed with precision & I received such a personal service, like I was an individual not just ‘a number’
I had to check a couple of things before I could confirm the inscription but my order had to be completed to a deadline the next day as we were travelling abroad with the item. I was called the following day as they wanted to make sure the order was completed on time for me. Absolutely fantastic service & the team went ‘above & beyond’ which was so refreshing these days! When  I received delivery wow! The way it was wrapped was incredible! Hand written note, beautiful & I mean beautiful box & a bow… we loved it! We will definitely be ordering again & the company will be our ‘go to’ for special presents I am sure!
